As an Educational Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting children with SEMH and other complex needs, fostering their growth and development within a Special Educational Needs Pupil Referral Unit (SEN PRU) in Bournemouth. Key Responsibilities: Establish strong rapport with children aged 5-16 Provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of each child Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a holistic approach Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Assist in implementing educational and therapeutic strategies Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Genuine passion for working with children with SEMH and complex needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting How to Apply:
