Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training) Casual/Vacation About the Educator – Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) CRCS is seeking enthusiastic and energetic professionals to join the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team based across Charnwood and Florey! We have

multiple casual positions,

and the details are provided below: 3 Casual Educators

(minimum Certificate level qualification in any related areas including Youth Work, Leisure and Health, Education Support etc.) working morning and/or afternoon shifts between Monday to Friday. We are seeking individuals with diverse life experiences in sports, art, music, drama, craft, coaching, or teaching to enrich the children's learning experiences. In addition to Before and After School Care roster, there are also opportunities for shifts during School Holiday programs across Charnwood and Florey areas and opportunity to work in our Early Childhood Centres if eligibility criteria are met for roles based in the Centres. Main duties and responsibilities include: Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities for children. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Support the development and implementation of the program's educational goals. Maintain a clean and organized environment. To be successful in this role you will need to have: The successful candidate will possess excellent people skills, high energy levels, and a patient demeanor. Your passion for delivering high-quality play-based care will bring satisfaction as you assist children in mastering new skills, ensuring they enjoy their time and actively participate in activities. Whether you have experience in OSHC, teaching, coaching, or are currently studying in related fields, we wholeheartedly welcome you. Desirable qualifications and experience: Certificate III or studying towards a Diploma in Children Services or a primary/early childhood education qualification is desirable.
