UKSV/MOD clearances are not eligible for this role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in working within secure environments, including intelligence, government, or critical national infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in capturing business requirements, optimising processes, and ensuring that solutions align with stringent security and regulatory standards. The position is with an IT Services and IT Consulting company who specialise in Technical Delivery and Organisational transformation, providing services in digital transformation, cloud support services, business and data analysis, technical dev sec ops. They are a leading provider of business and digital transformation solutions, specialising in delivering transformation and change programmes across the public sector. Your background: Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within secure environments (e.g., defense, intelligence, government, or CNI sectors). Proven ability to capture, analyse, and document complex business requirements. Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance within regulated environments. Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and business process reengineering. Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Experience working with secure IT systems and classified information.
