Primary Function:
Responsible for administering electroencephalographic (EEG) recordings. Responsibilities: Perform EEG testing including routine EEG exams, sleep, and cerebral silence readings. Perform measurement to ensure accurate electrode placement. Perform quality assurance monitoring. Recognize the effects of certain diseases and medications on waveform variability. Recognize and respond to seizure episodes. Maintain clean equipment and perform minor repairs. Maintain and order supplies as necessary to perform the job. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Job Qualifications and Specifications:
Vocational/technical training and a minimum of six months job-related experience or equivalent is required.
