The eHealth Mobile Implementation Officer (MIO) is a member of the eHealth team within the Manson Unit with responsibility to provide eHealth solution support to MSF project staff. This includes the implementation of new digital health solutions or systems in our projects and providing follow-up support and training to staff for existing digital health tools including OCA’s Health Information System (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week Duration: Fixed term - 8 months Location: London – hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office to include Wednesdays (office currently in Farringdon moving to Aldgate mid-January 2025) Salary: £45,643.41 per annum Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & experience: Degree in health-related profession (clinical, medical informatics or epidemiology) or equivalent experience. Evidenced profound understanding of medical data. Demonstrable experience in conducting trainings for very diverse target groups. Ability to transfer knowledge effectively to train users on new systems/solutions. Experience leading, coaching or working with teams in some remote, or security tight contexts to achieve desired results. Good understanding of computers and new technologies. Excellent oral and written communication to motivate and influence the teams. Demonstratable problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and planning skills to manage your time effectively, and to meet deadlines and objectives. Proven experience of working independently under minimal supervision. Demonstrable experience of working and constructively participating as part of a multicultural team. Relevant field experience with MSF or an equivalent humanitarian organisation. Demonstrable experience of work with medical data in humanitarian settings. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively in a dynamic and complex organisation. Strong organisational skills with experience of managing multiple tasks. Previous experience with using DHIS2 and/or openMRS platforms (Bahmni) Fluent English language ability. (Minimum C1 level) Fluent French language ability (Minimum C1 level). Experience in the practical use of personal IT equipment and Microsoft Office 365 suite. The ability to effectively collaborate and communicate within a hybrid working environment utilising Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and Viva Engage. Other information
