You will be based in Hebburn, and you will have the option to work remotely for 2-3 days per week supporting Projects and Servicing activities.
You'll make a difference by:
Supporting delivery of outstanding EHS performance across all work sites. Supporting delivery of an EHS-driven culture by actively engaging with employees and contractors at all levels and influencing behaviour. Providing EHS advice, considering changing business needs and technological advancements, to ensure effective risk control. Supporting delivery of conformance with EHS requirements through the management of an externally certified management system (ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001). Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to share best practices and elevate EHS standards. Leading incident investigations and sharing lessons learned to continuously improve our safety performance. Supporting the development of and implementation of EHS risk-based strategies to enhance safety performance in key risk areas. Supporting compliance with EHS training and competency requirements and delivering induction. Identifying digitalisation opportunities to meet future EHS needs of the business.
You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including: NEBOSH General Certificate Investigation experience Auditing experience Member of IOSH or working towards A UK Driving Licence for occasional travel between regional and customer sites
