We are seeking a dedicated EHS Advisor to join a world leading manufacturing company and contribute to the site's mission of advancing healthcare through science, technology, and talent. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a safe and compliant working environment while supporting the health and wellbeing of the company's staff.

As an EHS Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety, driving environmental sustainability initiatives, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with core values and commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities of the EHS Advisor: Provide expert advice to improve site performance, support operations, and implement key programs such as Safety Leadership and Environmental Sustainability. Lead integration through audits, investigations of accidents and near-misses, and sponsor preventive actions. Offer technical guidance, support, and training to managers to help them manage performance and ensure staff work safely. Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies such as the Health and Safety Executive and Environment Agency. Ensure clear and effective communication with employees to build understanding and engagement in initiatives. Step in for the HSE Director or other Subject Matter Experts as needed, based on experience and capability. Qualifications and Requirements for the EHS Advisor:

The ideal EHS Advisor candidate will possess a minimum of a NEBOSH Diploma, a graduate degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, a solid working knowledge of environmental and ISO audit standards, a strong understanding of SHE legislation and requirements, and prior Project & leadership experience.
