We are looking for a proactive
EHS Coordinator
to join our team in Sheffield! As a key member of the EHS Team, you will coordinate and support the implementation of EHS performance plans and objectives across the site towards world-class performance. You will support our EHS operational excellence – “Best in class”. This role is pivotal as it’s responsible for educating, developing and inspiring team members towards betterment and achievement with Health and Safety processes and procedures. There will be training and career progression opportunities available for the right candidate as well as a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, 7.5% pension, medicash, salary sacrifice schemes and much more. What your impact will be: Coordinate programmes to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries, illness and claims by showing due diligence around environmental impacts in line with European strategy. Review and write up of SOP's. Conduct a wide variety of Safety and Environmental Audits. Attend SQDCIP boards, update, highlight priorities and actions to timescales. Collate analytical data to support the safety culture onsite. What you'll need to succeed: Experience working in a manufacturing environment or similar industry. A real passion for Health and Safety. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good IT skills for report writing, analyses of data statistics with good presentation skills.
