This role is part of an established team with a strong safety record, working with external consultants and in-house leaders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about EHS within the workplace and can share that enthusiasm to motivate the workforce to take accountability and focus on improvements. Your scope will also include facilities and sustainability on site. What we are looking for: An experienced EHS leader, ideally from a Food, Beverage, or consumer goods manufacturing environment IOSH level 6 and other relevant qualifications Good working knowledge of an effective EHS management system and using data to drive decisions Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead change management programmes This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take the lead on H&S in a key location for this business, in a corporate culture where the function is well valued. You will have the opportunity to build strong networks, and there are clear progression routes depending on your background. The role is based in the South West within commutable distance of Bristol, South Wales, and Cheltenham and does require on-site presence every day.
