A strategic and influential position has arisen for a Health and Safety Manager to join Watson-Marlow in a key leadership role.

To be successful in this role, you will need: Have a track record of leadership within an industrial or manufacturing environment, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, a hands-on consultative approach, and the ability to drive cultural change. Have a collaborative, high-energy, and people-centric approach, with confidence to challenge and shape the future of the safety function. Understand what good safety leadership looks like, balancing technical expertise with servant leadership. Be qualified to Level 6 in a relevant health and safety qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent).
