Our team is seeking a skilled Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Maintenance Engineer to join our innovative engineering department. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our operational efficiency by ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation systems are functioning optimally and reliably. Role Responsibilities

As an E&I Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to ensure the safe and effective delivery of E&I maintenance tasks to guarantee operational compliance with industry standards. Provide robust detailed investigation and Root Cause Analysis of technical and system issues. You will collaborate with the engineering and project team to devise and implement effective asset management strategies for new and existing assets. Key Duties

Ensure completion, compliance and the effectiveness of electrical and instrumentation maintenance routines, carrying out self-audits and leading external audits of our systems and procedures. Ensure the currency and effective use of the company-wide Maintenance Management System to maintain accurate records of the maintenance delivered across the site, ensuring safe, compliant and reliable operations. Lead, support and coach technicians and apprentices to set and maintain high safety standards, compliance and a culture of personal development and continuous improvement. Lead, support and coach technicians to identify and resolve technical and system-related issues efficiently and effectively using structured processes. Work with the turnaround team to ensure safe and effective delivery of inspection, maintenance and improvement tasks during a plant turnaround. Collaborate with Engineers and Project teams to successfully introduce new assets including commissioning, testing, and validation of new buildings, equipment and processes. Your Experience and Skills

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role. Previous experience in maintenance within a highly regulated environment, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing, will be beneficial. Candidates should have proven experience with electrical and instrumentation systems, and familiarity with relevant standards and regulations. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential. Join Our Team
