Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will support the Control & Instrumentation Engineer and the Projects Team in delivering projects across the site in the drive for digitalisation. You will help ensure that new and existing process equipment is effectively controlled to satisfy the requirements of the internal customer and safeguard a future-proofed solution. You will also be responsible for the technical and cost aspects of project work with due regard for any relevant legislation, including health, safety, and environmental requirements. Projects will be delivered by the effective management of external contractors or LMT maintenance team members as appropriate. Why work for us?

What you’ll need to bring to this EICA Project Engineer role:

Proven experience in a control and automation role within a heavy plant industry Experience of a range of industrial instrumentation HNC in Electrical/Control Engineering PLC Programming Course Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure Self-motivated with ability to use own initiative Methodical with superb attention to detail The Luxfer Culture: Be Part of Something Bigger
