03 January 2025 About the Role As an Offender Health Physiotherapist, you will be required to undertake the advanced assessment and treatment of patients within the offender healthcare setting who may have complex and/or chronic presentations. You will determine clinical diagnosis and treatment indicated, and maintain records as an autonomous practitioner. This is a part-time role, requiring 2 sessions per month: 1 at The Bracton Centre, Dartford, and 1 at Memorial Hospital, London. Your Day to Day Manage your own clinical caseload Develop current and expand new business opportunities Maintain professional standards Comply with all PPH standards, policies, and procedures Work within and provide information for contract-specific KPIs Manage the delivery of an offender health physiotherapy service Liaise regularly with PPH SMT Maintain a clinical list, possibly across multiple locations Predominantly treat offender health patients, but may also include private/staff member patients Maintain clinical governance standards throughout clinical locations Take responsibility for risk management Report clinical incidents, complaints, and compliments Responsible for monthly reporting of statistics to Senior Management Provide regular feedback and meet with SMT Minimum Requirements HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist Experience of post-graduate CPD Minimum of two years working experience as a Physiotherapist History of rotational physiotherapy work covering respiratory, MSK, neuro, and other areas Benefits 28 days annual leave (plus 3 buy-back days) My Totally Rewards (online discount portal) Share save scheme Opportunities for career development Employee assistance program Virtual GP Services – 24/7 GP Appointments Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Disclosure & Barring Check and complete pre-hire checks, including, but not limited to, Right to Work in the UK.
