Join our team as an Electric Smart Meter Installer working on the Octopus Energy contract. You'll be responsible for the installation and maintenance of electric smart meters in residential and commercial properties, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure electric smart meters to meet industry standards. Provide clear instructions to customers on smart meter use. Troubleshoot and resolve meter-related issues. Complete necessary reports and documentation. Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Experience in smart meter installation or a similar field (preferred). MOCOPA or equivalent certification (desirable). Full UK driving license. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

Base salary of £38,000 with OTE of £45,000. Ongoing training and career development. Company benefits including holiday allowance and pension scheme.
