The Role
Degree qualified and ideally Chartered with CIBSE. Strong technical ability with a proven track record in the delivery of complex building services solutions. Working on developing core projects, capability, and resourcing. Managing a high-level 2m+ implementation and scheme delivery. Management, development, and direction of workforce. Successful negotiation and win on many external tender bid presentations. Preparation of project budgets and capital cost proposals for major schemes and clients.
