Electrical Authorised Person focuses on coordinate electrical safety across site activities.

What the role involves

• Coordinate electrical safety across site activities.
• Support Electrical APs, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.
• Coordinating safe isolations, energisations, and live testing activities.
• Liaise with engineering, construction, commissioning teams and subcontractors.
• Audit contractors and carry out site inspections.
• Review and approve Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) and energisation requests.

Skills and requirements

• An IR35 assessment for tax purposes is required for this engagement.
• In order to determine the Limited Company’s correct IR35 status, an individual Limited Company assessment will be required.
• 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Electrical testing qualifications (2391 or 2394/2395).

• The posts are estimated 6 month contracts and are paying competitively on a daily basis.
