Electrical Biased Maintenance Engineer

Venatu Recruitment are proud to announce that a leading client within the Injection Moulding industry is now in the market for an Elec Biased Maintenance Engineer to join them at their Doncaster site! The client is extremely well-established having been in the industry for over 40 years and counting! They pride themselves on offering premium, high-quality injection moulding solutions and supply many huge companies and industries alike! Due to the busy nature and continued growth they've consistently seen year on year, they're now looking for an Elec Biased Maintenance Engineer to join them! The client is looking for a positive and proactive Elec Biased Maintenance Engineer with a Level 3 qualification in Engineering, minimum 17th edition and ideally Injection Moulding Experience! This role is paying £35k - £38k per year with working hours of 8AM - 4:30PM Monday to Thursday with a 3:30PM finish on Fridays! Job Duties include: Machine Maintenance: Rapid response to breakdowns to minimize downtime, ensuring production schedules are maintained. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to enhance machine reliability and longevity. PLC Work: Maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC systems, including Allen Bradley and Siemens. Factory Maintenance: Carry out repairs, installations, and servicing across the facility as required. Collaboration: Work closely with the tool room, production team, warehouse, and other departments to achieve smooth operations. Health & Safety: Maintain compliance with all health and safety protocols during maintenance and repair work. Reporting: Accurately document all maintenance activities, including breakdowns and repairs. Requirements: Elec Biased Maintenance Engineer BTEC Level 3 In Engineering or Equivalent L3 qualification. 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regs Injection Moulding Experience - HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS!
