- Lancashire - Permanent - £30-34k + overtime = OTE £37-40k - 4 day working week (when working in the office)

Samuel Frank is recruiting for an Electrical CAD Engineer to join a very well regarded and well-established special purpose machine manufacturer based in Lancashire.

The Electrical CAD Engineer role could suit someone with 2-4 years' experience.

Key Information: Overtime forecast example - an Electrical CAD Engineer earning a basic of £32,500, given the forecasted workload, could reasonably expect to earn £38/39k with a moderate amount of weekly overtime. 38 hours per week over Monday - Thursday. You can choose to work 38 hours over Monday - Friday or work overtime on Friday. Company supports internal & external training courses. The company is leading the way in Lancashire in terms of investment in their facilities and providing market leading and innovative solutions for their customers in the field of special purpose machine manufacturing. Responsibilities: Produce multi-sheet electrical schematics, layout and fascia drawings from engineers' sketches using an AutoCAD based drawing package. Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical will be advantageous but not essential. The Electrical CAD Engineer will perform other duties around the design (cable schedules etc.) and provide technical support during panel and machine build. Compile and issue of electrical parts lists, liaising with suppliers and the purchasing department to ensure parts are correct. Produce cable and wiring schedules.

All Electrical CAD Engineer applicants must be able to work in the UK without sponsorship.

This is an office based role and the office is easily commutable from the following places within Lancashire and Greater Manchester - Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Blackburn, Burnley & Preston.
