Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Electrical division from conception to completion. Lead and oversee on-site teams, including Sub-contractors, ensuring smooth project delivery. Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning processes to the highest standards. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and Electrical Safe Systems of Work. Conduct Quality Assurance inspections, resolving Electrical issues, and maintaining superior workmanship. Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
Required:
SMSTS certification with substantial experience in residential projects. Gold card Electrician/Manager card and First Aid qualification. Testing qualification (C&G 2391 preferred but not essential). Strong knowledge of building services, design principles, and commissioning processes. Ability to manage Sub-contractors and internal teams effectively. Excellent Health and Safety awareness and proficiency in IT (Microsoft Office).
