Contracts Manager Job Summary As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts within the organisation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that contracts are executed efficiently and effectively. Duties - Communicate with stakeholders to understand contract requirements - Project manage the contract process from initiation to completion - Organise and maintain contract documentation - Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers - Utilise Microsoft Word and project management tools for contract administration - Provide leadership and guidance on contract matters - Negotiate terms and conditions with external parties - Manage contract performance and compliance - Demonstrate excellent time management skills in meeting deadlines The Person The ideal candidate must have: - A full, UK Driving Licence - Knowledge of Health & Safety - Attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Be self-motivated with a "can do" attitude - PC Literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - Work well in a busy team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: £38,000.00-£42,500.00 per year Benefits: Company car Company pension Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: contract management: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
