A local electrical contractor specialising in commercial and industrial installations has a key requirement for an experienced electrical contracts manager to work with a small team of 3 contracts managers and 2 directors. As the contracts manager, you will be running installation projects of either commercial or industrial installations, predominately office-based with site visits as and when required across the M4 corridor.

Managing the project from inception to handover Managing the process of design, estimate, and quotation Control of subcontractors NICEIC registered Supervisor Managing the delivery according to the program Liaising with the site installation team and client Ordering materials as required Involved in estimating projects from plans Attending site as required Qualifications:
JIB qualified Experienced in running commercial and industrial installation projects In commuting distance to Windsor / Maidenhead / Slough areas Able to read from drawings and run installation delivery programs Salary: £65k - £70k basic, negotiable on experience + car allowance / car.
