Electrical Contracts Manager , Heathrow Projects, initially 12 months, SMSTS
A mechanical & electrical contractor who specializes in aviation work, is currently looking to take on an Electrical Contracts Manager for Heathrow Airport to work on their infrastructure projects. This will be an ongoing role for the right person. The project value would range from £10k to £5M. The type of work would be mainly refurbishment and upgrade of the terminal. Your day-to-day duties will include the following:
Dealing with enquiries from the main contractor
Pricing the job / jobs together with the Quantity Surveyor
Assist with the presentation (mainly done by the director)
Deliver the project
Settle final account (with the commercial team)
What is required for this role:
Valid CSCS Card (Managers Card)
SMSTS
Competent with use of IT
You will also need to pass the Heathrow Airport security checks.
