GBP32,500-32,700 My client is a large Facilities and maintenance company operating in various sectors across the commercial field. They are currently looking for experienced electrical maintenance engineers to join an established team on a static site near Norwich. This role is Monday-Friday, working 37.5 hours. Benefits include: Competitive salary up to GBP32,500-32,700 OT available Progression and ongoing training 27 basic days + 8 public holidays Pension Company benefits Responsibilities will include: Ensuring that the Building, Fabric, Plant, Services, and Equipment are maintained to a high standard for continued efficiency, safety, and reliability. Ensuring safety at all times. Assessing all aspects of tasks and taking appropriate actions. Knowing when to request advice or assistance. Understanding own limitations. Carrying out reactive repairs, fault finding, servicing, commissioning, and maintenance to a wide range of Services, Plant, and Equipment as directed by Supervisors or Managers. Carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance to a wide range of Plant and Equipment. Working in accordance with all relevant Policies & Procedures, Workplace Regulations, and Best Practice Guidelines. Always working in a safe and responsible manner with full regard for own and others' safety. Attending work in compliance with the Computerised Time & Attendance System. Actively participating in the Computerised Labour Control System, including accurate and punctual completion of Work Order Documentation. Using personal communication equipment as requested. Being prepared to attend work or work beyond expected finishing time in exceptional circumstances as requested by Supervisors or Managers. Communicating to Supervisors or Managers unrepaired faults or requirements for Spare Parts. Attending on-site and off-site training as required. Being aware of how the Electrical Craftsperson Role influences the wider company objectives. Applicants for the role must possess the following: Completion of a recognised appropriate Electrical Apprenticeship or other relevant structured Training Program. Appropriate City & Guilds and/or BTEC certification. Proven experience of working in a similar environment. Knowledge and understanding of Electrical Building Services.
