To install, maintain, service, and repair the full range of estates specialist equipment, plant, and infrastructure. Provide technical advice to other estates maintenance staff and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures. Act in the role of Competent Person, as defined by Health Technical Memorandum, for the Electrical Distribution (LV) system. Undertake condition surveys and evaluate inspection reports.
