• 4 on 4 off days only - 07:00 am to 19:00 pm.
• Lots of overtime available.
• 20 Days holiday.

Likely focus of the role

• Carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.
• Electrical maintenance including lighting, fault-finding, small installations, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, and power distribution.
• Emergency lighting inspections and maintenance.

Requirements mentioned

• Experience in large commercial buildings.
• Ability to provide trade certificates (essential).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
