The work they do is very interesting i.e. high power, renewables, energy storage etc. +++ Samuel Frank is recruiting for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a West Midlands based company that specialises in DC drive systems for motor control. Electrical Design Engineers with either EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical could be ideal for this role. Key aspects of the Electrical Design Engineer role include: Solutions-driven mindset; open-minded and focused on finding solutions, not problems. Experience with Variable Speed Drives – Siemens, Rockwell, or Control Techniques. Preferably knowledge of EPLAN to produce schematics from FDS and quotations (AutoCAD experience could also work). Oversee build, test, and commissioning. Knowledge of inverters. 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays. All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
