Due to continued growth and success, our client is one of the leading independent M&E Design and Building Contractors in the Yorkshire region, providing full building services.
Working alongside end users, architects, building surveyors and contractors, the business has built a solid reputation for delivering schemes particularly across leisure, retail, residential, commercial and education.
Through involvement during all stages of a project, the company’s objective is to ensure the delivery of a building that is efficient, comfortable and cost-effective. This has led to the development of strong working relationships with various customers and resulted in a large proportion of live schemes secured through repeat business.
Operating with the security of a strong order book, the company is looking to move to the next stage of its natural evolution, with a small number of key hires highlighted across the M&E Design Team which will support organic growth. These roles include Electrical Design, Mechanical (HVAC) Design and Building Physics, all important additions who will support live and future schemes, adding strength and depth to what is already a talented group.
Electrical Design Engineer
The appointment of an Electrical Building Services Design Engineer comes at a time of exciting growth, with significant opportunity to progress. Experience of designing full electrical systems for a wide range of buildings is essential, with a proven history of delivering projects to time and cost.
