that while we are able to offer sponsorship for this Electrical Design Engineer vacancy, candidates must currently reside in the UK and closely match the qualifications and experience outlined below. Due to business growth, we are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer with prior experience of designing electrical systems for projects consisting of some of the following elements: special purpose machinery, robotic systems, vision inspection systems, linear motion and actuators, servo drive systems, rotary systems and indexing tables, various electro-mechanical systems and PLC control systems. Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems for automated and robotic systems. Utilise design software such as EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or Solidworks Electrical. Create industrial control cabinet designs and electrical schematics. Generate and manage technical documentation. Travel to client sites within the UK when needed for new projects. Skills and Experience:

Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications. Experience in electrical design, particularly with any of the following: automated systems, special purpose machinery, bespoke automated projects, warehouse automation systems, robotic cells, automated production line or manufacturing equipment, high-speed automated machinery, packaging/wrapping/bagging machinery or robotic systems. Experience with creating electrical schematics and panel layouts. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks according to project milestones. Eager to learn and adopt new technologies. Knowledgeable of industry standards and practices. Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach when necessary. A valid UK driving licence is required.
