This market leading company is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of building integrated solar photovoltaic products. They create bespoke solutions for a range of projects across the UK including non-domestic buildings, rail, and car ports to contribute towards net zero goals. In recent years they have seen great success and are now looking for an Electrical Engineer to drive future developments. In this role, the successful candidate will take the technical lead on bespoke solar PV projects across the UK. You will be instrumental during the tendering stage of projects by producing designs, carrying out estimations, and producing bills of materials. You will also oversee project delivery throughout construction ensuring projects are delivered to specification and high standards. This role would suit an Electrical Design Engineer with proven experience working on solar PV projects. You should have an Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent, sound experience using design software (e.g. AutoCAD), and have a full UK driving licence. Lead the technical delivery of unique solar PV projects across the UK Produce electrical designs, estimations, and bills of materials to support and drive the tendering process Oversee project delivery ensuring construction is to high standards and specifications Contribute and get involved in R&D projects Attend site visits across the UK The Person:
