Electrical Design Engineer (Control Panels) Job description ENGINEER: ELECTRICAL DESIGN World leading supplier of manufacturing systems for large-scale aerospace, medical and automotive companies around the world. Working in close partnership with our customers to solve complex engineering challenges, by using the ingenuity of our people in the application of advanced control techniques. Our Engineering positions provide a challenging opportunity for you to gain a breadth of knowledge in the design and commissioning of automated systems. Reporting to Engineering Manager DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Electrical design and development of control panels for automation systems Robot and control system programming and configuration Creation of technical documentation Working to product design standards Working to departmental design procedures Provide internal technical product support ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Experience in Control Panel design for automated systems Use of AutoCad Electrical or similar design packages Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical technical drawings Experience with Studio 5000 and SIMATIC PLC Systems advantageous QUALIFICATIONS: B.Eng / M.Eng Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronic degree qualification KEY ATTRIBUTES: Right to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status Flexible manner to adopt new challenges and input from peers and colleagues Self-driven for progressive and continued learning and development Keen to accept responsibility and accountability Job Types:
