ASAP Established company in the automotive manufacturing sector is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Engineer Automotive Manufacturing in Kidderminster. This role is a mix of practical hands-on diagnostic/production work alongside office-based duties producing drawings, BoMs, and providing technical expertise and support to both internal and external stakeholders. You will have at least 2 years of commercial experience in a similar role and have the knowledge and technical ability to competently get involved with the diagnostics of electrical faults on all types of vehicles. As an Auto Electrician/Electrical Engineer - Automotive, a large part of the role will involve office-based work in the engineering department solving technical problems, working on product improvements, and helping manufacturing and production with technical drawings and other related technical documentation. Along with practical hands-on experience of automotive electrical fault diagnosis, you should be a competent user of 2D AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Additionally, you should have some form of recognised electrical qualification and the ability to read and understand electrical schematics. The role will suit individuals currently working as an Electrical Engineer Automotive Manufacturing, Auto Electrician, Electrical Engineer - Automotive, Automotive Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer, and living within a commutable distance of Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Stourbridge, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Halesowen, Bridgnorth, Worcestershire or be willing to relocate.
