Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out electrical safety checks PAT testing Planned and reactive maintenance and repairs Undertaking some installation works Working to high levels of health and safety Understanding and working to building statutory requirements Ensuring regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme

Minimum Requirements:

Background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector Qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation 18th Edition Ideally, test and inspect 2391 Full, current driving licence IT literate for record keeping Good customer service skills Physically able to carry out the full duties detailed in the job description
