Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer

who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the

Electrical Engineer,

you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The

Electrical Engineer,

will be responsible for: Installation, repair, planned and reactive maintenance of all Electrical systems for on-site commercial buildings and living accommodation. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards, and compliant with safety regulations / codes of practice, including SFG20,and all relevant ACoP's / JSP's. Supporting the wider team with all aspects of electrical maintenance. Participation in the On-Call Rota. Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time. Keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work. To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have: City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent technical diploma, including the 18th Edition. 3 years post qualification experience in Electrical maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting. Experience with a wide range of Electrical systems and fixtures. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, safe systems of work and industry best practice. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and internal teams. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working at height, and restrictive spaces. High level of attention to detail to ensure all work is completed accurately and to the highest standards. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines, with a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota. Hold a full UK driving license.
