Job Description: Attend Planned, Quoted and Reactive tasks/work orders to maintain, repair and install various assets across electrical disciplines within our clients' premises. Key Responsibilities: Planned lighting works e.g. Replacing light fittings, installing key switch facilitators. Remedial works such as distribution board replacements, fault finding, replacement of damaged accessories. Range of electrical installation work, additional lighting, power supplies for equipment. Testing and Inspecting of commercial electrical installations - single phase and three phase. Containment. Network cabling CAT 5 and CAT 6. Fire Alarm system remedials, to include potential fault finding, accessories and panel replacements. Support with the delivery of tasks across other trades/disciplines and divisions where required. Compliance Visits. Planned Out of Hours Works. Ensure all works are undertaken to a high standard and comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Ensure all visits and tasks are completed within the required timescales. Completing and submitting compliance documents, quotations, and worksheets before leaving the clients' premises. Ordering materials via our stock system. Carry out general repairs identified by the site staff. Update our OpusFM System and various client systems using the company supplied iPad. Qualifications: Electrical Engineering or related field. Relevant experience in electrical installations and wiring. 2391 Testing & Inspecting & 18th Edition.
