A highly experienced and skilled Multi Skilled Engineer is required to join our established maintenance team, based near Mobile Sites in Kettering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installations and building maintenance, with excellent communication skills and a professional image. We offer a competitive salary up to £36,000-40,000 per annum, van fuel card provided for mobile work, progression and ongoing training opportunities, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm working hours, parking on site, and pension scheme. Responsibilities:
Perform routine PPMs and reactive works on site, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedules and industry best practices. Maintain responsible sites' compliance with industry standards and best practices. Monitor and maintain main plant and equipment within buildings daily. Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees and clients, promoting services and maintaining a professional image. Oversee subcontractors, ensuring they comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes. Manage the site logbook system and maintain accurate paperwork. Ensure effective management of on-site CAFM and Concept systems, completing PPM and reactive tasks within SLA. Resolve client issues effectively without disrupting business or compromising client relationships. Requirements:
Hold 18th edition and electrical installations certifications. Have experience in electrical building maintenance. Possess a valid driving license. Benefits:
