Lead Engineer (Electrical Bias) Role: To assist the M+E Supervisor with the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Identify potential business opportunities and share insights with the M&E Supervisor. Take charge by leading a team to tackle Helpdesk reactive maintenance calls, swiftly addressing breakdowns, and delivering effective solutions to keep things running smoothly. Requirements for the Lead Engineer (Electrical Bias): Previous experience working as an Electrical Engineer/Lead Engineer on commercial/critical projects. Fully qualified to JIB Standards/HND/NVQ Level 3. Experience managing or supervising a team or staff/contractors. Happy to travel to multiple locations. Full UK Passport or Full Right to work in the UK. Full UK Driver's license.
