About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Operative for our Client in Gloucester. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical control panels to specification. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with technical skills and experience in electrical assembly work.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble and wire control panels according to diagrams and specifications Use hand tools and testing equipment safely and accurately Ensure quality and compliance with safety standards Troubleshoot and inspect assemblies for accuracy and function
Requirements: Manual Dexterity: Ability to pass a dexterity test Experience: Prior experience in electrical or panel assembly preferred Security Clearance: Must pass a security vetting process Initial Interview: An interview will be conducted as part of the selection process A degree of flexibility
