About the Role

Red Sky Personnel is recruiting on behalf of the largest MEP consulting engineer in the UK. We are looking for experienced and driven Senior, Principal, or Associate Electrical Engineers with a strong background in Data Centre and Mission Critical projects.

Based in London, you'll join a collaborative team delivering innovative solutions across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Outstanding candidates from other regions may also be considered, provided there is a local office presence. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects in a supportive and flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the technical delivery of electrical design services for Data Centre and Mission Critical projects. Develop strategic project concepts, ensuring compliance with client briefs, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery. Represent the company in client meetings, presenting ideas and ensuring project requirements are understood and met. Support senior leadership with resource planning, fee management, and overall project delivery. Mentor and guide junior team members, including apprentices and graduates, fostering a culture of continuous learning. About You

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Proven consultancy experience, specifically in Data Centre projects (client- or contractor-only experience will not suffice due to the design focus of this role). Expertise in modern design tools and processes, including Revit, BIM, Electrical OM, Dialux, and Relux. A strong track record of working in a design-oriented consultancy environment with clients, contractors, and architects. Excellent communication skills, collaboration abilities, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. A passion for mentoring and developing junior professionals. Why Join?
