A Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer is required for a leading facilities maintenance provider working with a blue chip client on a static site.
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will carry out the effective delivery of electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to both plant equipment and building equipment on the Client's sites, providing assistance to other maintenance personnel as and when required. You will provide excellent communication and customer service to the client and follow all company procedures, including adhering to health and safety requirements. You will ensure the correct operation of all M&E assets within all sites.
Requirements:
A recognised Electrical Engineering qualification (18th edition), testing and inspection 2391 or equivalent.
Experience with PPM and Reactive works as well as fault finding on control circuits.
Knowledge of electrical services and systems.
Been appointed as LV AP or can demonstrate sufficient knowledge and understanding of the role.
Experience in General Building Management Systems (BMS)
Risk Assessment and Method Statement trained.
