Electrical Engineer - Night's , you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. Responsibilities:
Electrical safety checks Annual visual inspections of DB's Emergency lighting checks Hand dryer inspections Central battery unit visual inspection Reactive repairs - replacing sockets, light fittings, re-lamping, fault finding to name a few. UPS monthly checks Minimum Requirements:
Level 3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation 18th edition certification. The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar, and be qualified to either You should hold a full, current, driving licence Be IT literate for record keeping Good customer service skills If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this
