Key Responsibilities: PPM's and Reactives Ensure all mechanical and electrical equipment operates at optimal performance Support other trades where necessary Meet all key performance indicators Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers Communicate effectively with clients and management
Equipment to maintain will include: AHU's FCU's Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Engineering 17th or 18th Edition Experience in an FM environment (Desirable)
