Electrical Engineer

to join our dynamic

Building Design Services

team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems for a variety of building projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems for buildings, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, security, and communications systems. Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs. Conduct electrical load calculations, system layouts, and prepare technical drawings using CAD/BIM software, specifically Revit. Perform site visits, inspections, and provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases. Evaluate and select electrical equipment and components based on project requirements and cost considerations. Prepare project documentation, specifications, and reports for clients and internal teams. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and sustainability practices in electrical design. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license or working towards it (preferred). Proven experience in electrical building services design. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical calculation tools (e.g., Dialux, ETAP, Amtech). Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
