Generous holiday package Many more… Your Key Duties: Carrying out scheduled PPM's Responding to reactive maintenance issues Testing and inspecting electrical equipment PAT Testing Monitoring the BMS Small repairs and installations Diagnosing issues and reporting back to the line managers Liaising with subcontractors Liaising with building managers Keeping an accurate log of completed PPM's Qualifications Needed: NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in electrical installation 18th edition Electrical biased UK degree Previous experience working in commercial buildings Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
