The Training

Our Graduate Programme is aligned with the institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) competencies, and during the first two years of the programme, you will develop your knowledge and skills in different areas of the business through 8 x 3 month placements in core areas such as: design, research, sales and proposals, project management, operations, and procurement; ensuring that you gain the knowledge, experience, and skills required to reach Chartered status by IET/IEE/InstMC. After your first two years in the programme, you will move to a permanent role whilst continuing to receive mentoring from some of our most experienced and accredited leaders.

While you will be based in our Renfrew location, you will be part of our global team working on projects around the globe. Our UK program also offers the opportunity to be part of our graduate-led European network for engineering graduates.
