We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our dynamic team of engineers. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of electrical and software engineering, a passion for product development, and the ability to deliver customised electrical solutions that meet our customers' unique needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers specialising in electrical design, software development, and product innovation. Oversee and implement process controls for electrical and software development, ensuring best practices such as the V-Model are followed to maintain consistency, quality, and traceability throughout the development lifecycle. Prioritise, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and software components into the final product. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical and software engineering, whilst also providing technical guidance and support to the team Ensure all engineering activities adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Key Requirements: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related. Proven experience in a leadership role within electrical/mechanical systems, software engineering or product development. Experience and a firm understanding of electrical and software process controls, such as the V-Model, to ensure structured development, testing, and validation of products. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, software development, and product design. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
