Join ICL Boulby as an Electrical Engineering Planner where you will develop and produce work task specifications for maintenance, conducted by company Maintenance Technicians or external contractors within their area of responsibility, so that agreed target plant on-line time and availability is upheld and defects are resolved. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all maintenance tasks are planned in accordance with company and statutory health and safety standards to ensure provision of a safe working environment including the company’s obligations under legislation. Ensure all maintenance tasks are planned in accordance with company and statutory environmental and emissions standards to ensure the provision of a safe working environment, demonstrating care for the environment. Ensure that work is prepared, spares planned and tools and equipment available so that work can be executed productively. Use their detailed knowledge to identify critical steps and control points in work methods and be able to make leave/repair/replace decisions. Ensure that contract labour resources are safely managed according to company rules and procedures. Successfully break down work activities into logical steps, having the foresight and experience to predict and prevent potential problems before they occur. Manage all work activities, taking into account aspects that are critical to the timely completion of the work, such as parts availability and delivery, third party equipment repairs, lead times and human resource management. About You:

A degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation or control systems engineering or you should be a time served apprentice covering one of these disciplines. Proficient in relevant Health & Safety legislation such as HASWA 1974, PUWER, LOLER etc. Able to break down tasks logically, ensuring timely delivery. Proficient in PC skills, including SAP PM, Microsoft Project, and Excel with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. About Us:
