Commercial and Industrial Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for a new challenge with a dynamic M&E Contractor? Based in Corby, we specialise in delivering high-quality projects across the commercial and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities:
Analyse project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates. Source competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Develop detailed bills of quantities and cost breakdowns. Prepare tender submissions and present proposals to clients. Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure project success. Identify value engineering opportunities and contribute to cost-saving strategies. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the commercial and industrial sectors. Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation practices. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively. What We Offer:
