We now have an exciting new opening for an Electrical Field Service Engineer responsible for the commissioning, routine maintenance, and fault diagnosis/rectification on a wide range of emergency lighting systems. This position is remote, and the candidates should ideally be based in the West/North London area up to Leicester to cover assigned clients in this region. Please note that travel across the whole of the UK will be required. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who's keen to join and grow within a global leading manufacturer. What you’ll do:

Commission all aspects of the emergency lighting systems, ensuring that the system complies with the relevant British Standards. Carry out routine maintenance of emergency lighting systems. Conduct fault diagnosis on emergency lighting systems and understand the results so that correct rectification work can be identified and completed. Jobs will be assigned to you and completed in a timely manner with detailed reports provided to document the work completed and any relevant recommendations. Customer liaison will be essential to the role, so good communication skills are required. Qualifications:

Qualified Electrician (C&G or NVQ minimum). A good understanding of BS5266. Willing to travel across the UK and stay overnight up to a week at a time. Skills:

Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft packages: Outlook, Excel, Word. Good listening, influencing, and communication skills.
