Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrical Fitter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and other lifting systems. Conduct electrical diagnostics and fault-finding using testing equipment. Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards during all operations. Collaborate with mechanical fitters and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Provide detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter, lift and hoists equipment or similar vertical transportation systems. Strong understanding of electrical systems, including motors, controllers, and PLCs. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations. Valid licenses, e.g., Electrical License, Working at Heights, etc.
Skills & Attributes: Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
