Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman - Complex Energy Project EarthStream is partnered with an international business who specialise in the construction of cutting-edge energy projects, and are supporting the search for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join an exciting UK project. The Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of electrical installations on construction sites. You will lead a team of electricians, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the project specifications. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or journeyman electrician license is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role. Experience with a thermal power project. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and relevant codes and regulations. Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
